Τὸν δὲ βραχύ τι παρ' ἀγγέλους ἠλαττωμένον βλέπομεν Ἰησοῦν, διὰ τὸ πάθημα τοῦ θανάτου δόξῃ καὶ τιμῇ ἐστεφανωμένον, ὅπως χάριτι Θεοῦ ὑπὲρ παντὸς γεύσηται θανάτου.
But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
Pero sí vemos a Jesús, quien fue hecho un poco menor que los ángeles por un tiempo, y que ahora está coronado de gloria y honor por haber sufrido la muerte, para que por la gracia de Dios experimentara la muerte en lugar de todos.
