1 Chronicles 18:14

וַיִּמְלֹ֥ךְ דָּוִ֖יד עַל כָּל יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וַיְהִ֤י עֹשֶׂה֙ מִשְׁפָּ֣ט וּצְדָקָ֔ה לְכָ֖ל עַמּֽוֹ׃

vayimlok daviyd ʿal kal yishraʾel vayhiy ʿosheh mishpaṭ vṣdaqah lkal ʿamvo
