And Asa slept with his fathers, and died in the one and fortieth year of his reign.

Asa slept with his fathers, dying in the forty-first year of his reign.

וַיִּשְׁכַּ֣ב אָסָ֡א עִם אֲבֹתָ֡יו וַ֠יָּמָ֡ת בִּ֠שְׁנַת אַרְבָּעִ֣ים וְ֠אַחַ֡ת לְמַלְכוּתֽוֹ׃
