וּמִבְּנֵ֤י יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹ֣א נָ֠תַן שְׁלֹמֹ֡ה לַעֲ֠בֹדָ֠ה לִמְלַאכְתּ֡וֹ כִּ֣י הֵ֣ם אַנְשֵׁ֣י מִלְחָמָ֡ה וְ֠שָׂרֵי שָׁלִישָׁ֡יו וְ֠שָׂרֵי רִכְב֡וֹ וּ֠פָרָשָֽׁיו׃
vmibney yishraʾel ʾasher loʾ natan shlomoh laʿabodah limlaʾktvo kiy hem ʾanshey milḥamah vsharey shaliyshayv vsharey rikbvo vparashayv
King James Version (KJV)

But of the children of Israel did Solomon make no servants for his work; but they were men of war, and chief of his captains, and captains of his chariots and horsemen.

Modern English

But of the people of Israel Solomon made no slave for his work; they were soldiers, and his officers and his commanders and his horsemen and his charioteers.
