Ecclesiastes 10:5

There is an evil which I have seen under the sun, as an error which proceedeth from the ruler:

יֵ֣שׁ רָעָ֔ה רָאִ֖יתִי תַּ֣חַת הַשָּׁ֑מֶשׁ כִּשְׁגָגָ֕ה שֶׁיֹּצֵ֖א מִלִּפְנֵ֥י הַשַּׁלִּֽיט׃

yesh raʿah raʾiytiy taḥat hashamesh kishgagah sheyoṣeʾ milipney hashaliyṭ
