Esther 6:11

וַיִּקַּ֤ח הָמָן֙ אֶת הַלְּב֣וּשׁ וְאֶת הַסּ֔וּס וַיַּלְבֵּ֖שׁ אֶת מָרְדֳּכָ֑י וַיַּרְכִּיבֵ֙הוּ֙ בִּרְח֣וֹב הָעִ֔יר וַיִּקְרָ֣א לְפָנָ֔יו כָּ֣כָה יֵֽעָשֶׂ֔ה לָאִ֕ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֥ר הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ חָפֵ֥ץ בִּֽיקָרֽוֹ׃
vayiqaḥ haman ʾet halbvsh vʾet hasvs vayalbesh ʾet mardokay vayarkiybehv birḥvob haʿiyr vayiqraʾ lpanayv kakah yeʿasheh laʾiysh ʾasher hamelek ḥapeṣ biyqarvo

Then took Haman the apparel and the horse, and arrayed Mordecai, and brought him on horseback through the street of the city, and proclaimed before him, Thus shall it be done unto the man whom the king delighteth to honour.

Modern English

So Haman took the robes and the horse, and he dressed Mordecai and led him through the square of the city, proclaiming before him: Thus shall it be done to the man whom the king delights to honor.
