Esther 9:30

וַיִּשְׁלַ֥ח סְפָרִ֛ים אֶל כָּל הַיְּהוּדִ֖ים אֶל שֶׁ֧בַע וְעֶשְׂרִ֣ים וּמֵאָ֗ה מְדִינָ֛ה מַלְכ֥וּת אֲחַשְׁוֵר֖וֹשׁ דִּבְרֵ֥י שָׁל֖וֹם וֶאֱמֶֽת׃

vayishlaḥ spariym ʾel kal hayhvdiym ʾel shebaʿ vʿeshriym vmeʾah mdiynah malkvt ʾaḥashvervosh dibrey shalvom veʾemet
