Ezra 7:21

וּמִנִּ֡י אֲנָ֡ה אַרְתַּחְשַׁסְתְּ֡א מַלְכָּ֡א שִׂ֡ים טְעֵ֡ם לְכֹ֡ל גִּזַּבְרַיָּ֡א דִּ֣י בַעֲבַ֣ר נַהֲרָ֡א דִּ֡י כָל דִּ֡י יִשְׁאֲלֶנְכוֹן֩ עֶזְרָ֨א כָהֲנָ֜א סָפַ֣ר דָּתָ֣א דִּ֣י אֱלָ֣הּ שְׁמַיָּ֑א אָסְפַּרְנָ֖א יִתְעֲבֵ֥ד׃
vminiy ʾanah ʾartaḥshastʾ malkaʾ shiym ṭʿem lkol gizabrayaʾ diy baʿabar naharaʾ diy kal diy yishʾalenkvon ʿezraʾ kahanaʾ sapar dataʾ diy ʾelah shmayaʾ ʾasparnaʾ yitʿabed

And I, even I Artaxerxes the king, do make a decree to all the treasurers which are beyond the river, that whatsoever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the law of the God of heaven, shall require of you, it be done speedily,

And I, Artaxerxes the king, make a decree to all the treasurers in the province Beyond the River: Whatever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the Law of the God of heaven, requires of you, let it be done with all diligence,
