Job 28:24

For he looketh to the ends of the earth, and seeth under the whole heaven;

For he looks to the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens.

כִּי ה֭וּא לִקְצוֹת הָאָ֣רֶץ יַבִּ֑יט תַּ֝֗חַת כָּל הַשָּׁמַ֥יִם יִרְאֶֽה׃

kiy hvʾ liqṣvot haʾareṣ yabiyṭ taḥat kal hashamayim yirʾeh
