Job 38:27

To satisfy the desolate and waste ground; and to cause the bud of the tender herb to spring forth?

to satisfy the waste and desolate land, and to make the ground sprout with grass?

לְהַשְׂבִּ֣יעַ שֹׁ֭אָה וּמְשֹׁאָ֑ה וּ֝לְהַצְמִ֗יחַ מֹ֣צָא דֶֽשֶׁא׃

lhashbiyʿa shoʾah vmshoʾah vlhaṣmiyḥa moṣaʾ desheʾ
