Job 38:29

Out of whose womb came the ice? and the hoary frost of heaven, who hath gendered it?

From whose womb did the ice come forth, and who has given birth to the frost of heaven?

מִ בֶּ֣טֶן מִ֭י יָצָ֣א הַקָּ֑רַח וּכְפֹ֥ר שָׁ֝מַ֗יִם מִ֣י יְלָדֽוֹ׃

mi beṭen miy yaṣaʾ haqaraḥ vkpor shamayim miy yladvo
