מִ֤י זֶ֨ה ׀ מַעְלִ֥ים עֵצָ֗ה בְּֽלִי דָ֫עַ֥ת לָכֵ֣ן הִ֭גַּדְתִּי וְלֹ֣א אָבִ֑ין נִ֝פְלָא֗וֹת מִמֶּ֥נִּי וְלֹ֣א אֵדָֽע׃
miy zeh maʿliym ʿeṣah bliy daʿat laken higadtiy vloʾ ʾabiyn niplaʾvot mimeniy vloʾ ʾedaʿ

Who is he that hideth counsel without knowledge? therefore have I uttered that I understood not; things too wonderful for me, which I knew not.

Who is this that hides counsel without knowledge? Therefore I have uttered what I did not understand, things too wonderful for me, which I did not know.
