Lamentations 3:41

נִשָּׂ֤א לְבָבֵ֙נוּ֙ אֶל כַּפָּ֔יִם אֶל אֵ֖ל בַּשָּׁמָֽיִם׃

nishaʾ lbabenv ʾel kapayim ʾel ʾel bashamayim
