Nehemiah 1:9

וְשַׁבְתֶּ֣ם אֵלַ֡י וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֡ם מִצְוֺתַ֡י וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֡ם אֹתָ֡ם אִ֣ם יִהְיֶ֡ה נִדַּחֲכֶ֡ם בִּקְצֵ֡ה הַשָּׁמַ֡יִם מִשָּׁ֡ם אֲקַבְּצֵ֡ם וַהֲבִיאֹתִ֡ים אֶל הַמָּק֡וֹם אֲשֶׁ֣ר בָּחַ֡רְתִּי לְשַׁכֵּ֡ן אֶת שְׁמִ֡י שָֽׁם׃
vshabtem ʾelay vshmartem miṣvotay vaʿashiytem ʾotam ʾim yihyeh nidaḥakem biqṣeh hashamayim misham ʾaqabṣem vahabiyʾotiym ʾel hamaqvom ʾasher baḥartiy lshaken ʾet shmiy sham

But if ye turn unto me, and keep my commandments, and do them; though there were of you cast out unto the uttermost part of the heaven, yet will I gather them from thence, and will bring them unto the place that I have chosen to set my name there.

Modern English

but if you return to me and keep my commandments and do them, though your outcasts are in the uttermost parts of heaven, from there I will gather them and bring them to the place that I have chosen, to make my name dwell there.
