Nehemiah 11:21

וְהַנְּתִינִ֣ים יֹשְׁבִ֣ים בָּעֹ֑פֶל וְצִיחָ֣א וְגִשְׁפָּ֡א עַ֣ל הַנְּתִינִֽים׃

vhantiyniym yoshbiym baʿopel vṣiyḥaʾ vgishpaʾ ʿal hantiyniym
