Nehemiah 2:7

וָאֹמַ֣ר לַמֶּ֡לֶךְ אִם עַל הַמֶּ֡לֶךְ טוֹב֩ יִתְּנֽוּ לִ֨י אִגְּרוֹת֙ עַל פַּחֲו֣וֹת עֵ֣בֶר הַנָּהָ֑ר אֲשֶׁ֣ר יַעֲבִ֣ירוּנִי עַ֡ד אֲשֶׁ֣ר אָב֡וֹא אֶל יְהוּדָֽה׃
vaʾomar lamelek ʾim ʿal hamelek ṭvob yitnv liy ʾigrvot ʿal paḥavvot ʿeber hanahar ʾasher yaʿabiyrvniy ʿad ʾasher ʾabvoʾ ʾel yhvdah

Moreover I said unto the king, If it please the king, let letters be given me to the governors beyond the river, that they may convey me over till I come into Judah;

And I said to the king: If it pleases the king, let letters be given me to the governors of the province Beyond the River, that they may let me pass through until I come to Judah,
