Proverbs 13:23

רָב אֹ֭כֶל נִ֣יר רָאשִׁ֑ים וְיֵ֥שׁ נִ֝סְפֶּ֗ה בְּלֹ֣א מִשְׁפָּֽט׃

Much food is in the tillage of the poor: but there is that is destroyed for want of judgment.

Modern English

The fallow ground of the poor would yield much food, but it is swept away through injustice.

Hebrew

רָב אֹ֭כֶל נִ֣יר רָאשִׁ֑ים וְיֵ֥שׁ נִ֝סְפֶּ֗ה בְּלֹ֣א מִשְׁפָּֽט׃

rab ʾokel niyr raʾshiym vyesh nispeh bloʾ mishpaṭ
