Proverbs 25:14

נְשִׂיאִ֥ים וְרֽוּחַ וְגֶ֗שֶׁם אָ֫יִן אִ֥ישׁ מִתְהַלֵּ֥ל בְּמַתַּת שָֽׁקֶר׃
King James Version (KJV)

Whoso boasteth himself of a false gift is like clouds and wind without rain.

Modern English

Like clouds and wind without rain is a man who boasts of a gift he does not give.

Hebrew

נְשִׂיאִ֥ים וְרֽוּחַ וְגֶ֗שֶׁם אָ֫יִן אִ֥ישׁ מִתְהַלֵּ֥ל בְּמַתַּת שָֽׁקֶר׃

nshiyʾiym vrvḥa vgeshem ʾayin ʾiysh mithalel bmatat shaqer
