Proverbs 26:19

כֵּ֤ן ׀ אִ֤ישׁ רִמָּ֣ה אֶת רֵעֵ֗הוּ וְ֝אָמַ֗ר הֲלֹא מְשַׂחֵ֥ק אָֽנִי׃
ken ʾiysh rimah ʾet reʿehv vʾamar haloʾ mshaḥeq ʾaniy

So is the man that deceiveth his neighbour, and saith, Am not I in sport?

Modern English

is the man who deceives his neighbor and says: I am only joking!
