Proverbs 26:22

דִּבְרֵ֣י נִ֭רְגָּן כְּמִֽתְלַהֲמִ֑ים וְהֵם יָרְד֥וּ חַדְרֵי בָֽטֶן׃
dibrey nirgan kmitlahamiym vhem yardv ḥadrey baṭen

The words of a talebearer are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly.
