Proverbs 27:12

עָר֣וּם רָ֭אָה רָעָ֣ה נִסְתָּ֑ר פְּ֝תָאיִ֗ם עָבְר֥וּ נֶעֱנָֽשׁוּ׃
ʿarvm raʾah raʿah nistar ptaʾyim ʿabrv neʿenashv
King James Version (KJV)

A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself; but the simple pass on, and are punished.

Modern English

The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it.
