Proverbs 30:13

There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! and their eyelids are lifted up.

There are those—how lofty are their eyes, how high their eyelids lift!

דּ֭וֹר מָ֣ה רָמ֣וּ עֵינָ֑יו וְ֝עַפְעַפָּ֗יו יִנָּשֵֽׂאוּ׃
