Proverbs 8:27

When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:

When he established the heavens, I was there; when he drew a circle on the face of the deep,

בַּהֲכִינ֣וֹ שָׁמַ֣יִם שָׁ֑ם אָ֝נִ֗י בְּחוּק֥וֹ חוּג֮ עַל פְּנֵ֪י תְה֫וֹם׃
