Psalms 117:1

הַ֥לְל֣וּ אֶת יְהוָ֗ה כָּל גּ֫וֹיִ֥ם שַׁבְּח֥וּהוּ כָּל הָאֻמִּֽים׃

hallv ʾet yhvah kal gvoyim shabḥvhv kal haʾumiym
