Psalms 14:1

לַמְנַצֵּ֬חַ לְדָוִ֗ד אָ֘מַ֤ר נָבָ֣ל בְּ֭לִבּוֹ אֵ֣ין אֱלֹהִ֑ים הִֽשְׁחִ֗יתוּ הִֽתְעִ֗יבוּ עֲלִילָ֗ה אֵ֥ין עֹֽשֵׂה טֽוֹב׃
lamnaṣeḥa ldavid ʾamar nabal blibvo ʾeyn ʾelohiym hishḥiytv hitʿiybv ʿaliylah ʾeyn ʿosheh ṭvob

To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Modern English

To the choirmaster. Of David. The fool says in his heart: There is no God. They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds; there is none who does good.
