Psalms 148:13

יְהַלְל֤וּ ׀ אֶת שֵׁ֥ם יְהוָ֗ה כִּֽי נִשְׂגָּ֣ב שְׁמ֣וֹ לְבַדּ֑וֹ ה֝וֹד֗וֹ עַל אֶ֣רֶץ וְשָׁמָֽיִם׃

yhallv ʾet shem yhvah kiy nishgab shmvo lbadvo hvodvo ʿal ʾereṣ vshamayim

Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.
