Psalms 148:4

הַֽלְל֥וּהוּ שְׁמֵ֣י הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם וְהַמַּ֥יִם אֲשֶׁ֣ר מֵ֝עַ֗ל הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃

hallvhv shmey hashamayim vhamayim ʾasher meʿal hashamayim

Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.
