Psalms 24:2

כִּי הוּא עַל יַמִּ֣ים יְסָדָ֑הּ וְעַל נְ֝הָר֗וֹת יְכוֹנְנֶֽהָ׃

kiy hvʾ ʿal yamiym ysadah vʿal nharvot ykvonneha

For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.
