Psalms 24:4

נְקִ֥י כַפַּ֗יִם וּֽבַר לֵ֫בָ֥ב אֲשֶׁ֤ר לֹא נָשָׂ֣א לַשָּׁ֣וְא נַפְשִׁ֑י וְלֹ֥א נִ֝שְׁבַּ֗ע לְמִרְמָֽה׃
nqiy kapayim vbar lebab ʾasher loʾ nashaʾ lashavʾ napshiy vloʾ nishbaʿ lmirmah
King James Version (KJV)

He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

Modern English

He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully.
