נָהָ֗ר פְּלָגָ֗יו יְשַׂמְּח֗וּ עִ֥יר אֱלֹהִ֗ים קְ֫דֹשׁ מִשְׁכְּנֵ֥י עֶלְיֽוֹן׃
nahar plagayv yshamḥv ʿiyr ʾelohiym qdosh mishkney ʿelyvon
