Psalms 92:8

בִּפְרֹ֤חַ רְשָׁעִ֨ים ׀ כְּמ֥וֹ עֵ֗שֶׂב וַ֭יָּצִיצוּ כָּל פֹּ֣עֲלֵי אָ֑וֶן לְהִשָּֽׁמְדָ֥ם עֲדֵי עַ֗ד׃

biproḥa rshaʿiym kmvo ʿesheb vayaṣiyṣv kal poʿaley ʾaven lhishamdam ʿadey ʿad

When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:
