1 Corinthians 16:7

Οὐ θέλω γὰρ ὑμᾶς ἄρτι ἐν παρόδῳ ἰδεῖν· ἐλπίζω δὲ χρόνον τινὰ ἐπιμεῖναι πρὸς ὑμᾶς, ἐὰν ὁ Κύριος ἐπιτρέπῃ.
Oy thelō gar ymas arti en parodō idein· elpizō de chronon tina epimeinai pros ymas, ean o Kyrios epitrepē.

For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permit.

Modern English

For I do not want to see you now and make only a passing visit; I hope to spend some time with you, if the Lord permits.
