1 Corinthians 9:24

οὐκ οἴδατε ὅτι οἱ ἐν σταδίῳ τρέχοντες πάντες μὲν τρέχουσιν, εἷς δὲ λαμβάνει τὸ βραβεῖον; οὕτω τρέχετε ἵνα καταλάβητε.

Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

Modern English

Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.
