And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.
This is how we know that we belong to the truth and how we set our hearts at rest in his presence:
Καὶ ἐν τούτῳ γινώσκομεν ὅτι ἐκ τῆς ἀληθείας ἐσμέν, καὶ ἔμπροσθεν αὐτοῦ πείσομεν τὰς καρδίας ἡμῶν,
Kai en toytō ginōskomen oti ek tēs alētheias esmen, kai emprosthen aytoy peisomen tas kardias ēmōn,
