1 John 4:18

φόβος οὐκ ἔστιν ἐν τῇ ἀγάπῃ, ἀλλ' ἡ τελεία ἀγάπη ἔξω βάλλει τὸν φόβον· ὅτι ὁ φόβος κόλασιν ἔχει, ὁ δὲ δεδιὼς οὐ τετελείωται ἐν τῇ ἀγάπῃ.
phobos oyk estin en tē agapē, all' ē teleia agapē exō ballei ton phobon· oti o phobos kolasin echei, o de dediōs oy teteleiōtai en tē agapē.
King James Version (KJV)

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

Modern English

There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
