1 Peter 5:10

Ὁ δὲ Θεὸς πάσης χάριτος, ὁ καλέσας ὑμᾶς εἰς τὴν αἰώνιον αὐτοῦ δόξαν ἐν Χριστῷ Ἰησοῦ, ὀλίγον παθόντας αὐτὸς καταρτίσαι ὑμᾶς, στηρίξει, σθενώσει, θεμελιώσει.
O de Theos pasēs charitos, o kalesas ymas eis tēn aiōnion aytoy doxan en Christō Iēsoy, oligon pathontas aytos katartisai ymas, stērixei, sthenōsei, themeliōsei.
King James Version (KJV)

But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

Modern English

And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
