1 Timothy 5:8

Εἰ δέ τις τῶν ἰδίων καὶ μάλιστα τῶν οἰκείων οὐ προνοεῖ, τὴν πίστιν ἤρνηται, καὶ ἔστιν ἀπίστου χείρων.
Ei de tis tōn idiōn kai malista tōn oikeiōn oy pronoei, tēn pistin ērnētai, kai estin apistoy cheirōn.
King James Version (KJV)

But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

Modern English

Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
