2 Corinthians 1:20

ὅσαι γὰρ ἐπαγγελίαι Θεοῦ, ἐν αὐτῷ τὸ ναί· διὸ καὶ δι' αὐτοῦ τὸ Ἀμὴν τῷ Θεῷ πρὸς δόξαν δι' ἡμῶν.

osai gar epaggeliai Theoy, en aytō to nai· dio kai di' aytoy to Amēn tō Theō pros doxan di' ēmōn.

King James Version (KJV)

For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

Modern English

For no matter how many promises God has made, they are Yes in Christ. And so through him the Amen is spoken by us to the glory of God.
