2 Corinthians 7:10

ἡ γὰρ κατὰ Θεὸν λύπη μετάνοιαν εἰς σωτηρίαν ἀμεταμέλητον κατεργάζεται· ἡ δὲ τοῦ κόσμου λύπη θάνατον κατεργάζεται.
ē gar kata Theon lypē metanoian eis sōtērian ametamelēton katergazetai· ē de toy kosmoy lypē thanaton katergazetai.

For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

Modern English

Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death.
