2 Corinthians 7:5

Καὶ γὰρ ἐλθόντων ἡμῶν εἰς Μακεδονίαν οὐδεμίαν ἔσχηκεν ἄνεσιν ἡ σὰρξ ἡμῶν, ἀλλ' ἐν παντὶ θλιβόμενοι· ἔξωθεν μάχαι, ἔσωθεν φόβοι.
Kai gar elthontōn ēmōn eis Makedonian oydemian eschēken anesin ē sarx ēmōn, all' en panti thlibomenoi· exōthen machai, esōthen phoboi.
King James Version (KJV)

For, when we were come into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without were fightings, within were fears.

Modern English

For when we came into Macedonia, we had no rest, but we were harassed at every turn — conflicts on the outside, fears within.
