And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie
Καὶ διὰ τοῦτο πέμψει αὐτοῖς ὁ Θεὸς ἐνέργειαν πλάνης, εἰς τὸ πιστεῦσαι αὐτοὺς τῷ ψεύδει·
Kai dia toyto pempsei aytois o Theos energeian planēs, eis to pisteysai aytoys tō pseydei·
