Ephesians 5:6

Μηδεὶς ὑμᾶς ἀπατάτω κενοῖς λόγοις· διὰ ταῦτα γὰρ ἔρχεται ἡ ὀργὴ τοῦ Θεοῦ ἐπὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς τῆς ἀπειθείας.

Mēdeis ymas apatatō kenois logois· dia tayta gar erchetai ē orgē toy Theoy epi toys yioys tēs apeitheias.

Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

Modern English

Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God's wrath comes on those who are disobedient.
