Hebrews 11:25

μᾶλλον ἑλόμενος συγκακουχεῖσθαι τῷ λαῷ τοῦ Θεοῦ ἢ πρόσκαιρον ἔχειν ἁμαρτίας ἀπόλαυσιν·

Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;
