Hebrews 6:12

ἵνα μὴ νωθροὶ γένησθε, μιμηταὶ δὲ τῶν διὰ πίστεως καὶ μακροθυμίας κληρονομούντων τὰς ἐπαγγελίας.

ina mē nōthroi genēsthe, mimētai de tōn dia pisteōs kai makrothymias klēronomoyntōn tas epaggelias.

That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

Modern English

We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised.
