Mark 6:25

και εισελθουσα ευθεως μετα σπουδης προς τον βασιλεα ητησατο λεγουσα θελω ινα μοι δως εξ αυτης εξαυτης επι πινακι την κεφαλην ιωαννου του βαπτιστου
kai eiselthoysa eytheōs meta spoydēs pros ton basilea ētēsato legoysa thelō ina moi dōs ex aytēs exaytēs epi pinaki tēn kephalēn iōannoy toy baptistoy

And she came in straightway with haste unto the king, and asked, saying, I will that thou give me by and by in a charger the head of John the Baptist.

Modern English

She came in immediately with haste to the king, and asked, “I want you to give me right now the head of John the Baptizer on a platter.”
