Matthew 23:18

και ος εαν ομοση εν τω θυσιαστηριω ουδεν εστιν ος δ αν ομοση εν τω δωρω τω επανω αυτου οφειλει
kai os ean omosē en tō thysiastēriō oyden estin os d an omosē en tō dōrō tō epanō aytoy opheilei

And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty. {guilty: or, debtor, or, bound}

Modern English

‘Whoever swears by the altar, it is nothing; but whoever swears by the gift that is on it, he is obligated?’
