Revelation 16:9

Καὶ ἐκαυματίσθησαν οἱ ἄνθρωποι καῦμα μέγα, καὶ ἐβλασφήμησαν οἱ ἄνθρωποι τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ Θεοῦ τοῦ ἔχοντος ἐξουσίαν ἐπὶ τὰς πληγὰς ταύτας, καὶ οὐ μετενόησαν δοῦναι αὐτῷ δόξαν.
Kai ekaymatisthēsan oi anthrōpoi kayma mega, kai eblasphēmēsan oi anthrōpoi to onoma toy Theoy toy echontos exoysian epi tas plēgas taytas, kai oy metenoēsan doynai aytō doxan.
King James Version (KJV)

And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.

Modern English

They were seared by the intense heat and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent and glorify him.
