Romans 13:1

Πᾶσα ψυχὴ ἐξουσίαις ὑπερεχούσαις ὑποτασσέσθω· οὐ γάρ ἐστιν ἐξουσία εἰ μὴ ἀπὸ Θεοῦ·
Pasa psychē exoysiais yperechoysais ypotassesthō· oy gar estin exoysia ei mē apo Theoy·

Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Modern English

Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.
