Romans 3:26

ἐν τῇ ἀνοχῇ τοῦ Θεοῦ· πρὸς ἔνδειξιν τῆς δικαιοσύνης αὐτοῦ ἐν τῷ νῦν καιρῷ, εἰς τὸ εἶναι αὐτὸν δίκαιον καὶ δικαιοῦντα τὸν ἐκ πίστεως Ἰησοῦ.
en tē anochē toy Theoy· pros endeixin tēs dikaiosynēs aytoy en tō nyn kairō, eis to einai ayton dikaion kai dikaioynta ton ek pisteōs Iēsoy.
King James Version (KJV)

To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

Modern English

he did it to demonstrate his righteousness at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus.
