Romans 6:4

Synetaphēmen oyn aytō dia toy baptismatos eis ton thanaton· ina ōsper ēgerthē Christos ek nekrōn dia tēs doxēs toy Patros, oytōs kai ēmeis en kainotēti zōēs peripatēsōmen.
King James Version (KJV)

Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Modern English

We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.
